Terms of service

Who can join
Adults 18 and over looking for a serious relationship. One profile per person. Family accounts can only prepare drafts and help with the member's permission.
The beta
Haanji is in beta, so features may change as we build it with our members' feedback. Joining with a community code makes you one of our beta testers. We may end the beta or change the code at any time. Beta access is a privilege. If a moderator confirms harassment, scams, explicit or abusive behaviour, or fake profiles, the account is permanently banned and deleted. There are no appeals for confirmed abuse.
Your conduct
You agree to follow the community guidelines. We can warn, suspend, or permanently ban and delete accounts that break them. Confirmed harassment, scams, explicit content, fake profiles and underage use mean a permanent ban with no appeal. Other decisions, like a profile not being approved, can be appealed.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Haanji safe and useful, but we can't guarantee you'll find a partner, or verify everything people say about themselves. Profile approval isn't an identity check.
